NSPCC Number Day for All & Chinese Lion Dance for Reception

We are delighted to be supporting the NSPCC by taking part in their Number Day on Friday 2nd February

Number Day is a great way to make maths fun and bring about a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude towards it.

We will be taking part in Dress up for Digits and pupils will be invited to wear an item of clothing with a number on it.  For example sports clothes (no fancy dress outfits).

All the money we raise at Alumwell Infant School will make an enormous difference to children today and help change the lives of children tomorrow. Any donations are welcome.

In the morning RECEPTION will be taking part in a wonderful Chinese dance workshop where children will learn about Chinese New year and create an exciting dance performance. To take part, all Reception children will need to be in clothes they can move around in, such as sportswear, leggings or joggers (fancy dress outfits may not be suitable).
