Safeguarding
School has a duty of care to all pupils and staff, and takes this responsibility very seriously. The safeguarding team meet each Friday to monitor/update on any pupils we are worried about.
The Safeguarding Team consists of: Mrs Harper - Head Teacher and Designated Person for Safeguarding, Mr Evans - Deputy Head Teacher, Mrs Smith - Inclusion Manager, and Katie Bourne - Family Support Worker. They all have responsibility for safeguarding at Alumwell Infant School, and are always on hand to help parents and families.
If a member of staff has any concerns regarding a pupil they may raise them with any of the team.
